Returns Information
Returns Policy
Because each Guided Lifestory Book is personalised and made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed.
That said, your satisfaction means a lot to us. If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or with an error on our part, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to replace it at no cost to you.
Every book is carefully checked before shipping, but if you notice an issue, simply email us with your order number and a photo of the problem so we can put it right quickly.
